Roseland Bakery provides custom designed specialty cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, and gourmet desserts made entirely from scratch. We make elegant wedding cakes, specialty birthday cakes, anniversary cakes, as well as cakes and desserts for small gatherings and events.

Roseland Bakery's menu is based on the basic principle that the best desserts are made from scratch. I enjoy creating my own recipes and using those of some of the most famous pastry chefs and bakery owners in the world. I am always inspired by new combinations and ideas. I stay very busy keeping my menu up to date!
Those who taste my cake notice the difference! I use Nielsen Massey extracts, fresh butter, cream, fine chocolates and fresh fruits for fillings, mousse, and curds. Not only do I use the best ingredients possible. I put my heart and soul into each recipe and cake design. It is a true privilege to be a part of so many special events!
